By doing all this, emergency management aims to make communities stronger and better equipped to handle emergencies, minimizing their impact on everyone. I also think that it is extremely important for emergency service personnel to obtain these certifications as it allows them to have a well-rounded preparation for the different situations that they may come across in their position and provide the strongest response and support to the area and people impacted by the situation
