Does the 1st Amendment Protect Our Right to Access, Use and Express Ourselves through TikTok?

In December of 2022, President Biden signed a new law banned the use of the social media app TikTok by federal employees on devices owned by the government. This action was taken due to security concerns about TikTok, which is owned by a Chinese company.

Congress recently introduced legislation, with the support of the President, to create the authority for the federal government to restrict or ban technology, potentially paving the way for the government to ban TikTok, altogether.

Given our studies of the 1st amendment and free speech, does the 1st amendment protect our right to access, use and express ourselves via TikTok? What is your own opinion... Why or why not?
