Don advertised his Sony A7RIV mirrorless camera for sale for RM8,000 in the Star newspaper. Eddy saw the advertisement and went to Danny's house with a cheque for RM8,000. Don refused to accept the cheque and Eddy stated that he would sue Don for breach of contract. The next day Sam inspected the camera and later sent a letter to Don enclosing a cheque for RM8,000 and saying that he should assume the camera was his unless he heard to the contrary. Galvin also inspected the camera and told Don not to sell the camera to anyone for three days. He gave Don RM100 as non-refundable deposit for the camera. One day later Harjit offered Don RM7,800 in cash for the camera which Don accepted. Harjit left with the camera after Don agreed to the sale. Advise Don.
