These materials include: (a) An Article in the American Journal of International Law by Professor John Dugard (b) Draft articles prepared by one of the parties to the case (c) A resolution of the UN General Assembly (d) A Multilateral treaty to which only one of the parties to the case is a party (e) A statement regarding the case, made by a Foreign Minister of one of the parties to the case; and (f) A previous decision of the International Court of Justice Proceed to assist him in making a correct determination of the value of each of these materials before him
