Having dealt almost exclusively with domestic legal issues throughout his career, he is experiencing some difficulties in assessing the material submitted to the Court by the parties to the case. These materials include: (a) An Article in the American Journal of International Law by Professor John Dugard (b) Draft articles prepared by one of the parties to the case (c) A resolution of the UN General Assembly (d) A Multilateral treaty to which only one of the parties to the case is a party (e) A statement regarding the case, made by a Foreign Minister of one of the parties to the case; and (f) A previous decision of the International Court of Justice Proceed to assist him in making a correct determination of the value of each of these materials before him
