Time + Space Media uses a commission based compensation model to collect fees from clients and with a future characterized by more and more technological advances, it has become apparent that this model is not going to work well going forward.

Problem Statement: Today, digital technology and digital media expenditures are based on smaller budgets. As a result, commission based media models do not allow media companies to recoup compensation for their time.

Create a more profitable compensation model that ties added value and performance to compensation.
Create a compensation model that allows the agency to profitably introduce new products and services.
