Solve following Questions using R software

  1. Pick a year (2007) and filter the data based on the chosen year.
  2. Fit the Frequency data to the following distribution: Binomial distribution, Negative binomial distribution, Poisson distribution
  3. Determine whether the frequency data fit any of the distribution in Question number 2. Provide your analysis.
  4. Fit the Severity data to at least 3 (three) continuous distributions. Perform an analysis on the results.
  5. Using Monte Carlo Simulation, carry out aggregate loss modeling using the fitted distribution(s) in Question number 2 and number 3.
  6. Estimate the following measures: Expected Loss, Value-at-Risk (99% confidence level), Expected Shortfall (99% confidence level)
