On pages 9-18, try to find some Resolutions that are relevant to that firm-stakeholder relationship. Pick one resolution you will write this assignment for. 1. Read the full resolution filed with a specific firm and summarize it in about a paragraph. 2. Write about your general reaction to the resolution. 3. What is the status of the resolution (pgs. 9-18). Describe what this status means in plain terms. Does the firm appear to be taking the filers concerns seriously? 4. Report the organization that is the lead resolution filer (pgs. 260-278) and do some research on that organization. Does this additional information suggest the firm is more or less likely to take the resolution seriously? 5. Discuss what you learned from this assignment.
