Download the annual financial statements of ANY organisation of your choice for at least the past 5 years from their website.

i) Write a report in which you critically analyse the financial performance and position of the organisation over this period.

ii) Use at least three types of analysis as covered in the topic on PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS USING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS in this module or any others that you may have researched.

iii) Include at least 5 recommendations of how the organisation can improve both their financial performance as well as the financial position. Use financial analysis tools such as the Du Pont analysis and Altmans Z-Score or any other tools that may assist you in your analysis.
