Discussion 2-2----Multiple Strategies Let us assume that you have a factory in Taiwan that manufacturers cameras. One is stip-down entry level camera and the other product line is higher priced multi-purpose camera. You sell these camera all over the world. You develop a strategy for the entry cost camera---say a low cost strategy. Does it make sense to develop an alternative strategy for the higher priced multipurpose strategy?? How can operate the factory to produce cameras with different cost basis?? Will you have to choose alternative distribution channels if you have two separate strategies
