This time he ups his limits to $2,000,000$4,000,000. In March of 2007 Dr. Alberto is sued by Lisa for an event that occurred in 2002. The jury awards Lisa $2,000,000. In April of 2007 Dr. Alberto is sued by Jennifer for an event that occurred in January of 2007. The jury awards Jennifer $1,500,000. There are no other suits against Dr. Alberto.
