Dr. Goetz counted seven different incidents of "white-collar" business crimes committed during the movie, but that may not be an exhaustive list. You need only find one example of commercial bribery, one of extortion, and one of mail fraud. For each of those 3 crimes, you must do the following i. Write out the elements or prima facie case for each crime using your materials provided in Week 3, and what the government would need to prove that the perpetrator was guilty. ii. Taking everything an actor says as "testimony," tell us about the commission of the crime in the movie; what is the evidence the government would have if they chose to prosecute the crime, and whether you believe it would result in a conviction using the appropriate burden of proof for a criminal case.
