Background: you are working as a project manager (e.g., finances, sales, marketing. childcare, construction, healthcare, education, agriculture, IT, etc.). Your project got delayed due to the pandemic. You ran out of resources (e.g., skilled professionals, infrastructure resources, space, computer, transportation, etc.). It's very important for you to complete the project and meet the project objectives; however, that won't be possible without the required resources. At the same time you can't afford this project to be cancelled. You have to compose and send a very persuasive email to the senior management team, asking for the required resources that would enable you to complete this project. 1. Share your email content on the discussion board (1 paragraph - ca 150- 200 words). 2. Make sure you follow the persuasive message approach and apply the 6Cs. 3. Respond (i.e. constructive ideas with an explanation, you could also ask follow-up questions) to two (2) other videos identified by your classmates. Total length of peers' postings response should be no longer than 75 words
