- Now add in Materials costs for the tasks if needed

- Finally, calculate the total cost for the work package

Based on your durations your ES, EF, LS and LF should be correct.

This above needs to be done right and all the activities should not be on critical path.

Work packages should be completed in 8 hours to 80 hours (1 - 10 day). If you can't complete the work package in 1 - 10 days you must further decompose it into smaller sub-deliverables until you get to a work package. Looking at your sub-deliverables Management Plan, Schedule Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Change Management Plan and Launch Day.
