APR is a real estate agency that sells and manages properties. There are a number of branches located in various suburbs in NSW. Each branch has a number of sales agents and properties that are listed for sale. A property may also be displayed in any other APR branch. A prospective buyer may attend to a branch close to their location to arrange to view a property by a sales agent in that branch. It is important however to track each property sale and the agent that sold it. A record of the sale (when the property is sold) needs to keep record of the sales date, price sold, agent name and details, customer name and details, and the amount of initial deposit paid, etc.
