If we compare both online vs offline shopping, then we can see there are many advantages of online shopping over offline. For example: Last we I went to puma showroom to get shoes and found that showrooms has limited shoes in there stock. So I stated browsing online shopping app and found lots of products with various brands on my fingure tip. Even now a days I can compare price of different products on different on web applications.
Quality:
Problem statement: Quality issues in online shopping system.
Issue: While ordering products online we are not sure about the quality of the products. In past it is happened that, someone ordered new mobile phone online and he actually got old and used device. These kind of quality issues were the important issues in online shopping system.
Objectives: In this scenario we need to figure out how we can overcome this quality issue.
Requirements: Need to validate each and every vendor before getting onboarding into the system. Quality Assurance community should be there to validate quality of each and every product.
Delivery and logistics:
Problem statement: Delivery and logistics issues while delivering products to end users.
Issue: There are lots of flaws are still exist in current logistics services. The products that are handover to third party logistic services are not secure at all. Even lots of services dont have real time tracking systems.
Objectives: In this scenario of delivering, logistic services play vital role. It should be secure and ontime.
Requirements: It can be overcome easily in future by implementing these services with future technologies like blockchain and IOT. Blockchain will make it more secure and IOT will help packages to track realtime tracking of products.

Issue: Now a days we can see almost 70 % of population are using online shopping systems to purchase their daily needs products like fashion, grocery, electonics etc. At the same time we can see there are increasing number of online payment failures due to more traffics over shopping system.
Objectives: To create hack and failure proof payment system.
Requirements: Now a day everyone know about bitcoin. Bitcoin is based on peer to peer technology which is called as blockchain technolgy. It is the most secure way to transact online payment. This can be the replacement to current payment system in future.
