Purchase order in Al$-$Quds university:

The system has some data about the supplier and their branches. These data are:

Supplier name, supplier address and each supplier has at least one branch, for each branch has a name, address, phone, email and contact person.

In PO system we have a simple database for each inventory "items" which store some data for each inventory like:

Inventory id$,$ name, unit.

Every month we make a PO and send it to specific supplier to purchase inventory, we keep track of the PO ID$,$ PO date, PO state, supplier Branch and the PO items with qty$,$ unit and the price for each item.
