Draw for yourself on a piece of paper a four-sided "baseball" diamond: home plate, first base, second base, third base. This "diamond" generates four faces. Label the four faces in any order as incentive, opportunity, capability and rationalization. Rationalization is self-justification that the misconduct is somehow acceptable or at least will not be discovered and punished.
