Where A doctor can manage multiple departments and a department is managed by a single doctor, A doctor can belong to multiple departments and a department can have multiple doctors, One nurse can assist multiple doctors, and each doctor can have multiple assisting nurses, One doctor can conduct multiple appointments and each appointment is conducted by a single doctor The website visitors can view the different serves offered by each branch. The website should show for each serve: the name and price and Doctor Name. The same serve name can be available in different branches, but it should be unique for the branch. Once the visitor decides to make an appointment, the visitor should first register on the website using a CPR (will be used as username), password, name, Date of Birth, Email. Adress and telephone number. When the registration is completed, then the patient can proceed with the appointment and a unique appointment number will be provided. In addition, it is important to record the appointment date and time and Doctor Name.
