1. Check whether the course exists

2. If the course is new, create new course then.

3. If course exists, check whether to remove the course or modify the course.

4. If course instructor selects "remove option" then "Remove Course".

5. If he selects "Course modify" option, then "Modify Course".

6. After all activities "Complete the Course".
