Draw the process flow chart of the Unit 100 process described below. Unit 100 definition: The air fed to the process (stream 1) is taken from the top of the T102 column to 305 K in the E-101 heat exchanger by compressing it in the C-101 compressor and increasing its pressure (current 2). (stream 13) is cooled by a nitrogen stream. The cooled air stream (stream 3) is compressed up to 9atm pressure in the C-102 compressor. The air (flow-4) coming out of the compressor is cooled up to 107 K with the help of refrigerant in E-102 and E-103 heat exchangers. The pressure is reduced to 5 atm and the temperature is 99 K (current 7) in the expansion valve, which comes out of the E-103 heat exchanger (stream 6) and is then fed to the T-101 column. The upper product (current 10) is passed through the E-105 heat exchanger, then its pressure is reduced to 1.0 atm at the expansion valve (current 11) and T-102 is fed to the column from the top of the column (Tray 1). The bottom product (current 8) of the T-101 column is passed through the expansion valve, the pressure is reduced to 1.0 atm and fed to the T-102 column. The top product of the T-102 column (stream 13) containing 99% nitrogen is sent to the nitrogen tank by increasing its temperature to 300 K (current 14) in the E-101 heat exchanger, which is used as a chiller for the stepped refrigerant compressor. The bottom product of the T-102 column containing 99.5% oxygen is passed through the E-105 heat exchanger (current 18), then medium pressure steam in the E-106 heat exchanger After being heated with (current 19), it is sent to the tank. The vapor product stream (stream 16) drawn from the 10th tray of the T-102 column is sent to the argon purification system Unit 200. Argon is fed to the top of the T102 column, combining with the 99% Nitrogen stream (stream 20) and stream 11 from the purification unit (Unit 200). The oxygen-rich stream (stream 15) from unit 200 is fed into the column from the bottom of T102

Air is fed to the process (stream 1) and compressed in the C-101 compressor (stream 2).

The compressed air (stream 3) is cooled with nitrogen and compressed again in the C-102 compressor (stream 4).

The compressed air (stream 4) is cooled in E-102 and E-103 heat exchangers (stream 5) before being expanded in an expansion valve (stream 6).

The expanded air (stream 7) is fed to the T-101 column and separated into bottom and top products (streams 8 and 10).

The bottom product (stream 8) is expanded and fed to the T-102 column from the bottom (stream 12).

The top product of the T-102 column (stream 13) is sent to a nitrogen tank after being heated in the E-101 heat exchanger (stream 14).

The bottom product of the T-102 column (stream 18) is heated with medium pressure steam in the E-106 heat exchanger (stream 19) and sent to a tank.

The vapor product from the 10th tray of the T-102 column (stream 16) is sent to the argon purification system (Unit 200).

Argon is fed to the top of the T102 column (stream 11) and combined with the 99% nitrogen stream (stream 20).

The oxygen-rich stream from Unit 200 (stream 15) is fed into the T102 column from the bottom.
