3-400V F1F $454 Sternen H1 H2 K1X K2 B1 B2 B3 B4 F2FC MS * LSA LSBP A B S1: start button, S2: stop button, S3: holding button, S4: manual automatic mode switch LSA: border switch for A point. LSB: border switch for B point F2F: motor overcurrent relay B1, B2, B3, B4: object sensors, H1: process completed sign, H2: manual process sign K1: contactor for right motion, K2: contactor for left motion This device, driven by an asynchronous motor, will switch to manual operation when S4 = 0 and automatic operation when S4 = 1. Manual operating status: As long as the S1 button is held down, the carriage will move towards point B and as long as the S3 button is held down, it moves towards point A. The engine will stop when the buttons are released. Automatic operating status: When the S1 button is pressed after a piece is left in zone A, the carriage will move in the direction of B, and if the piece length is less than 200mm or greater than 230mm, the part will be brought back to point A. If the piece is larger than 200mm and smaller than 230mm, it will go to B3 first, then wait for 5 seconds at this point then go to B2, wait for 3 seconds at B2, then go to B4, wait 6 seconds at B4 and go to B and wait at this point. When the S3 button is pressed while the carrier is in motion, the carrier will stop, in this case, it will continue to work from where it left off when the S1 button is pressed. When the S2 button is pressed while the carrier is in motion, the carrier will stop and return to its initial state. PLC main program block (OB1) is given as mean program cycle time 40ms, carrier speed v= 1m/s. Draw the status diagram for the process and write the relevant logical functions
