Drones are used for a variety of purposes starting from landfill waste mapping, filming of sporting events, and forensic examination of crime scenes to keeping track of endangered animals (Cross, 2021). In the case of waste management, drones are used for capturing images from up above the air and any sign of litter or plastic waste found alongside streams or creeks is quickly spotted and collected before the trash can permeate waterways (Cross, 2021). So far drones are not used for cleaning up residential areas but given their usefulness in locating and cleaning up trash from the banks of waterways, the drone technology can be successfully used for cleaning up residential communities as well. Therefore, SimoTrash has come up with an innovative idea of implementing drone technology to clean up residential areas with big communities that come under the requirements of the homeowners' association (HOA). Description of Service Offerings When one purchases a residential property, one automatically becomes a part of the community association and becomes responsible for complying with all the rules and regulations set by HOA. Some of the standard rules of HOA in most communities include trash and recycling rules, lawn cleanup, home occupancy limits, and noise complaint policies, among others (Associa, n.d.). Implementation of drone technology for cleaning up residential areas by SimoTrash will relieve busy homeowners from the job of trash cleaning before the trash day. Especially after holidays when lawn decorations need to be removed to make the community clean, the type of service provided by SimoTrash will be extremely useful. With the help of drone technology, SimoTrash will spot trash lurking in the corners of the community and will then clean the trash and deposit the trash in the trash can. What is more important here is that with the use of a drone, repeat inspections of the same areas can be conducted, which would be troublesome with human workers. This device will also be useful in keeping track of HOA violations. For example, at present under the HOA rules, garbage bins or trashcans can only be put outside the home after 6 PM or on the mornings of trash day. The drone technology can be useful in monitoring the HOA violations by making repeat inspections less cumbersome and cost-effective. The drone can be set up in ways that after the collection of trash is done, the drone can clean and sanitize itself without human involvement. To begin with, SimoTrash will only provide the service of cleaning the community by using its drones. It will not directly sell its drones to the consumers as drone technology is evolving and There are some strict rules and regulations associated with operating drones and not all the consumers will feel comfortable dealing with the complexity of operating drones. However, in the future, the company may start selling its drones to consumers. The future decision is contingent on how well consumers accept the service offerings of SimoTrash. Determine your location and business environment. Address all legal, zoning, and licensing concerns your business will face. Visit your state's Secretary of State website. What form of business will you set up? Why? The level of detail required for this section will depend on your type of location (virtual, retail, warehouse, office, restaurant, etc.) and on your idea. Demonstrate that you have completed your research. DON'T say "We will obtain all of the appropriate permits"; instead, summarize them. When you explain your form of businessremember your audience. For example, if you select an S corporation, explain your reasoning for that selection in the context of your potential business, rather than providing the definition of an S corporation. Address any pending regulations which may have an impact on your business
