Due to existing travel restrictions, military personnel can't go home easily to their families due to the absence of transportation. In the worst case, the military personnel who get the virus are forced to leave their jobs to quarantine themselves for a couple of days. Apparently, as travel restrictions were widely imposed, they can't go back to their jobs once they are free from the virus. This system resulted in an increase in the unemployment rate of military people. Unemployment is really damaging the country's economy.
