Due to the increased frequency of falling trees as a result of heavy rains, the Ministry of National Development has tasked you to lead a multi-agency group to develop a detailed Risk Management Plan to reduce the probability as well as impact of such incidents to pedestrians, motorists and properties.

(a) Identify the stakeholders which you will include in this multi-agency group. Explain which project organisation structure you will use for this project.

(b) Identify possible factors which may help improve your risk management plan.
