Due to the recent increase in employee turnover at rubber footwear manufacturing plants in Malaysia that has cost the industry millions of Ringgit, and different past studies claimed that its due effects of physical working conditions (i.e., heat, noise, and tight spaces) on employee intention to turnover at these facilities. Moreover several other studies claimed that employee commitment is moderates the relationship between these two variables
