During COVID$-19$ pandemic, a number of volunteers decided to offer purchasing groceries and medicine for people in need such as elderly and disabled residences in their small city. They are going to ask you to build a web page and a linked mobile phone app to do this, moderated by an admin team. Volunteers who are willing to help can sign up to the system. Similarly, the elderly$/$disabled people $($customers$)$ who need to use the service are being asked to sign up$.$ They are also required to provide their payment card details. The idea is that a customer provides their shopping list to the system, then a local volunteer picks up the job, buys it from the local shops and delivers it to the customer. The actual cost of the shopping is then taken from the customer$$s payment card. The system should maintain data and track different activities about volunteers, customers, their shopping and deliveries, as well as their payments.
