Your textbook also describes the development of state courts from colonial times to the present and some of the reform efforts that have taken place. Given the fact that today's society is becoming more and more litigious and we are seeing more and more specialized courts in addition toadministrative and quasi-judicialbodies to handle the rise in the volume of cases,should we seek unification or further fragmentation of our courts system?
