During the course of the semester, I believe Team Magnum Opus has utilized our Group Communications and Conflict Management Plan (GCCM) Plan. I have personally referenced it weekly to confirm our bi- weekly team leader. The GCCM has been a "working document" throughout the semester, but has served as our guidance for team communication, conflict management and group decision making. The plan is very useful and it is a valuable tool in which to enhance the effectiveness of team communication and conflict management. However, I feel we were not able to fully reap the benefits of the GCCM in its entirety because of its ongoing development this semester. With that said, I would highly recommend that other teams utilize a GCCM to improve the overall performance of the team
