During this project there is a lot of change and unexpected challenges that will occur. It is best to be prepared for these changes in advance to maintain progress throughout. According to an article by Being First, some methods to maintain stability include "communicating to provide clarity, minimize disruption during transformation, maximize early employee engagement, and reduce the negative impact on people." (Anderson & Anderson, 2022). Some ways I can promote these methods is to keep my employees involved in the process, so they are prepared for the worst. It is not good to hide things from them as they are the main workforce of this project and have a right to know. Also, I can plan in advance and plan diligently by incorporating "logical sequencing, timing and the capacity to act." (Anderson & Anderson, 2022).
