Your goal with this exercise is to develop a shared understanding of the challenges and what the problem is the team will be trying to solve, i.e., the purpose of innovation. The team need to understand the service/s innovation objectives and vision. Keep it simple and to the point. Fill and upload an Empathise summary worksheet template. The purpose of this exercise is to:
