Dusty was a farmer, and he needed supplies to work on his tough, rocky soil. He went to a farm supply store, and asked for help. After Dusty explained what he needed, Bobby V, a clerk at the supply store, helped with the following items:

- A tractor with a strong engine

- A plow designed for rocky soil

- A shovel designed for rocky soil

- Grass seed designed for rocky soil

The farm supply store guarantees their tractor engines for 5 years. Dusty does not purchase any other warranties or insurance on the items, pays in full, and heads to the farm. Sure enough, the following problems arise:
