Leaders must be armed to be skilled communicators with individuals and groups. It is essential for leaders to be intentional and have reasoned communication. Most of them know the audience they are addressing regardless of the delivery vehicle of the message being electronic, written, presented, and overall conversations. A successful leader is a clear and excellent communicator and has impeccable listening skills. In this week's discussion, we will be going over how one can improve listening effectiveness. In our text, Chapter 10, page 237, there are 10 principles of effective listing. Please read each principle in full detail, select two of the principles, and write at least ten to twelve sentences on how you will apply the chosen principles, why you selected the ones you did, and provide examples.
