Now that you have read the UTSA statute on misappropriation and the DuPont case, consider the following?

• What if the Christophers could have obtained the secrets by viewing images available on Google Earth or Google Maps? Is obtaining those images a misappropriation, i.e., have the Christophers acquired those images through improper means?
• Is Google liable for misappropriation of trade secrets for taking those images and providing them to the public?
• Assuming that the Christophers would not be liable for using Google Earth or Google Maps, and Google isn't liable either, is there a solution that might protect DuPont's secret?
