1. Within Microsoft Project Pro, name a new project, the CRM software project
2. Set estimation units to Ideal hours.
3. Name two sprints: "Sprint 1" and "Sprint 2".
4. See the Word document on how to make sprints.
5. The first sprint will have 10 tasks corresponding to 10 from your Microsoft Project work.
6. The second sprint will have 10 tasks, corresponding to 10 from your Microsoft Project work.
7. Once you have completed all these steps, save your project as whatever your project name plus scrum.
