1. (5 marks) identifies an ethical issue in a country after briefly describing differences in corporate governancein a very brief 'industry audit' as it relates to ethical issues for a business in the news in the past year (after 2019). After describing differences in governance, you will briefly will review an industry, prepar very short literature review of said industry, and identify an ethical dilemma ("Scenario = Situation Summary").Please choose a current unresolved dilemma rather than a case that already resolved (i.e.the ethical issues and decisions should still be happening and not yet decided).The facts of the dilemma should arise within the last year. Your scenario may not involve child labour. Like the example below in Appendix B, your Scenario = Situation Summary should not use real names;and
2. (5 marks ) applies ethical decision-making models from diverse perspectives by first identifying stakeholders and their interestsin theabove short scenario of a business organization of your choice.The purpose of this project is to develop your ethical critical thinking skills and problem solving and decision-making and report writing. To complete the project effectively it is important that you think as managers and leaders and apply the knowledge, i.e., the theories and concepts, you have learned throughout the course.
3. (5 marks)By demonstrating the application of course concepts, complete report to the business's CEO offering advice on how best to deal with a specific ethics issue the company is facing.Continually thinking through the semester about how the course materials relate to your chosen organization and ethical issue by applying different ethics models to evaluate different alternative decisions and actions.
