Each student is to evaluate the nutritional quality of two food items lables of your choice (one being a beverage- water not included and the other food of your choice- i.e a bag of potato chips, trail mix, a bag of chocolate cookies, etc.) this must be a complete evaluation - total calories consumed from that food/drink item; sodium content; size, percentage of carbohydrates, added sugars, vitamins, , etc. Tell us all about your two and then share what your outcome/WOW factor that you learned.
