Arizona has the highest death rate for asthma in the United States (this is a true statistic). Therefore, it is unsafe to go to Arizona if you have asthma. (Hint: dry, hot weather is GOOD for asthma sufferers). 13. At West High School, half of the students are below average in mathematics (this is a true statistic). Therefore, the school should receive more federal aid to raise student math scores. (Hint: think about the what the word "average" means)
