Each year Australia imports a large amount of wine from New Zealand. Currently wine imports from New Zealand to Australia attracts zero (0) tariff in Australia because of free trade agreements between the two countries. Assume that this situation changes and Australia decides to impose a tariff on all wine imports to Australia.
