Ebenezer Scrooge promises to pay his 21 year old nephew, Johnny, $10,000 if he stops smoking, playing pool & drinking until he is 25. On his 25th birthday, the Johnny appears at Scrooge's house.

Scrooge acknowledges that he has seen no evidence that the nephew has been smoking, drinking or playing pool since he made his statement and that he has met his Uncle's wishes. But, telling Johnny that staying away from these evil vices and thereby building his character is reward enough, he refuses to pay.

Johnny hires Attorney Bob Crachitt and sues Scrooge to get his money.Who wins and why?
