EC170 Role-Play Scenarios Group Assignment Scenario #5 11.00 Staff #1 went for break and was supposed to be back by 11.30 its now 11.38 she's still at break and is back from break at 11.45. Staff #2 was supposed to take her break at 11.30, its 11.45 15 minutes late, she is starting her break late. She was supposed to come from break at 12.15 but she returned at 12.30 and this has been happening from last 15 days now. Head supervisor staff #3 is supposed to leave from work at 2.00 PM and due to this break facade every day she is forced to stay at the center at till 2.30 which is really bothering her as she starts at 6 and is forced to stay longer just due to no fault of her. Scenario #1 Staff #2 is seen talking to staff #3 saying " I don't care, honestly this is her everyday thing now she takes longer break each day, if she is not held accountable by anyone why should I care either?" " I am also going to take my break for as much long as I want to."
