Eco Fusion understands the importance of sustainability and has undertaken several initiatives to improve its performance, including:

Energy conservation

Water conservation

Waste diversion

Diversity initiatives

Ethics education

The sustainability initiatives are integrated into the organization's strategic goals and are included within the salary incentive program to encourage employees to meet the performance targets. The initiatives have been rolled out across each of the facilities this year.

To facilitate the performance monitoring, Senior Management has requested to set up a dashboard to track the sustainability initiatives. The results will also be used as part of the incentive calculation and ESG reporting in the annual sustainability report.

The objective of the dashboard is to monitor the ESG metrics of the entire organization, including at each of the four facilities, across the $3$ pillars of Environmental $($E$),$ Social $($S$)$ and Governance $($G$).$
