Editorial Hibueras, S. A. de C. V, is a Honduran company, founded in 2016 with headquarters in the city of San Pedro Sula. Editorial Hibueras is a company dedicated to the printing of literature (e.g. novels, stories and poetry), educational literature and monthly publications. Its income consists of obtaining copyrights for the printing of books and academic material, as well as the production of its own content for monthly publications. It began printing on October 1, 2016. The company, in order to publish its first books, has purchased the printing and marketing rights from the heirs of Ramón Amaya Amador, for a total sum of L. 10,000,000. The books are "Prisin Verde", "Los brujos de Ilamatepeque", "Cipotes" and "Con la misma Herradura". These printing rights will last for 5 years, subject to two renewals for the same period each, starting on September 30, 2016. Negotiation closing, legal and other costs were incurred in the amount of L. 75,000, for each book. On the date of the transaction, it is expected that the heirs will collect, in the future, an amount of L.150,000 in each renewal for each
