Information about each student is initially recorded at registration. This includes the student's name, program (.e. Management Science, History, etc.), college (i.e. Management, Arts and Sciences, Nursing, etc.), level fi.e. Undergraduate, Graduate), and Major i.e. Marketing, Finance, etc.). A student is not required to enroll in any courses at registration: enrollment in a course can happen at a later time. The information recorded for an instructor must include name, title, and college they represent. Each instructor may advise only one student. It may be the case that, at any particular point in time, an instructor may not advise any student Each student has one instructor, assigned at registration, who advises the student throughout their university enrollment. The date for each student and instructor advisement relationship is assigned. Each course that is available for students to enroll must have a title, type (remote, in-person, hy-fiex), days (M. T. W. Th. F) Time (e.g. 9:00 am - 10:15 am"), and a number of units (e.g. 2, 3, 4). A course need not to have any students enrolled (such as a course that has just been written and offered to enroll). A course must have an instructor assigned and a distinct course may be instructed by one or more instructor(s) A course that is instructed by one or more instructor(s) is identified by an enrollment section number. Each student-course enrollment has a date and grade (e.g. 2.51, 4.0, 3.30, etc.) assigned.
