Using this system, spectators can choose and buy tickets for their favorite matches online. The spectator first registers in the system with her information including her first name and last name, contact number, gender, and email address. All types of stadium tickets can be sold seasonally, annually, or per match. Spectators will receive a 20% discount for seasonal purchases and a 40% discount for annual passes. The desired seat number of the spectator is specified for the seasonal or annual passes and cannot be changed later. All stadium tickets can be returned up to 24 hours before each competition, and depending on the return time, a percentage of the ticket price is deducted, and the rest is refunded to the user account in the system. The percentage of the return penalty is 10% up to one week before the match and 20% after that up to 24 hours before the match. Also, by prepaying 10% of the price of each ticket, users can reserve that ticket. The deadline for paying the remaining ticket fee is 24 hours before the match, otherwise, the reservation fee will be returned to the spectator's user account and that reservation is canceled. Reservations and purchases of this stadium can be searched based on different parameters such as sections (special or regular seats) and seat numbers of different halls and fields. Users should be able to find their desired seat for a match on a given date by searching through the available seats. All purchases, reservations, and returns are logged in the system and the stadium officials can see and search among them based on various parameters such as game date, ticket price, type of sport, and so on.Top of Form
