Feedback must be taken from either the company's website or employee reviews posted on social media platforms. You don't need to copy the employee feedback or review (as you will include the screenshots for the review in the appendix); just summarise it in your own words. Also, ensure that if your selected position is HR manager, your employee feedback comes from HR managers or at least managerial-level employees of that company. You must provide balanced feedback; this should not be predominantly positive or negative. The employee review and feedback screenshot must clearly include the company name at the top. I also require each screenshot to be accompanied by a hyperlink to cross-check the information.
