Elsa and Anna are best friends. Last week, both of them went shopping at Aeon Mall as a

preparation to celebrate Christmas. Elsa went to Gorgeous Boutique to buy a sweater from a

limited-edition collection. At the time when she bought the sweater, she forgot to tell the

salesman that she an abnormal sensitive skin and allergic to some cotton materials. She later

contracted dermatitis after wearing the sweater.

While, Anna who wanted a comfortable pair of shoes because she had a bunion on her foot,

went to the well-known shoe department named Comfit Store. She informed the

saleswoman of her foot condition. After tried a number of pairs, she bought a pair which

was recommended by the saleswoman. However, Anna fell off after one of the shoe heels

broke off while she was walking on the way home.
