Email from Managing Partner: -Original Message--. From: Supervising Attorney [mailto:paysthebills@deweychetumandhowe.com] Sent: Thursday, August 25, 2012 2:41 PM To: A. Paralegal [mailto:needsthisjob@deweychetumandhowe.com] Subject: Client Situation Needs Review (File No. 84-7312) Dear A. Paralegal, One of the Firm's biggest clients is in the process of hiring a private tutor for her four children. Marisol Hernandez, a resident of the State of Uptown, is a single parent who travels extensively on business and wants to ensure that she has arranged to hire a reputable educator for her children, and that their arrangement is properly ensconced in a binding contract. Ms. Hernandez has been in contact with, Ms. Jada Washington (a potential tutor). The two have been exchanging email messages (see below forwarded emails), and both are operating under the assumption that they have a contract for an employer-employee relationship. For example, Ms. Hernandez has leased an apartment for Ms. Washington, and Ms. Washington is in the process of moving to Ms. Hernandez' locale for the purpose of employment Unfortunately, all of this transpired before Me. Hernandez contacted our office for guidance. We do not have any formal, written contract on file between the two women, and need to finalize and formalize their relationship ASAP in order to protect the interests of our client (Ms. Hernandez). Here is what I need from you: Intra-Office Memo Client Letter Contract Regards, Supervising Attorney Follow Up Email #1: From: Marisol Hernandez [mailto:msmoneybags@coolmail.net] Sent: Wednesday, August 22, 2012 5:39 PM To: Jade S. Washington [mailto:ilovekids @geemail.org] Subject: Job Offer Dear Ms. Washington
