Email tenant re termination of lease

• Use the email template below and draft an email to the tenant formally advising them that landlord is terminating the tenancy and attach the RTA Form 12 Notice to leave.
• Your email should also include information on how you can assist the tenant to find a new property.
• You email should address the following:
  • notification that the landlord wishes to terminate the tenancy;
  • any grounds on which the landlord is terminating the tenancy;
  • attach a copy of the relevant notice to be issued; and
  • include any other relevant information that may assist the tenant to vacate the property and find another place to rent
