Emergency Managers must understand and apply laws and policies. In addition, however, they should understand the role of ethics in decision making. This is especially important when decisions regarding resource allocation directly impact basic needs. Explain how would you incorporate, develop, communicate, and sustain ethical principles and practices in meeting basic needs and allocating resources while working collaboratively with organizations across the county government and the local community, and at the state level.
