Emotions can be highly positive, and terribly destructive. The birth of a child can bring a plethora of happy emotions to those involved, as can an injury can bring great sadness to many. With that as a background, briefly define the concept of emotions and discuss how someone can better control the negative emotions that are a part of being human while encouraging the display of the most positive of emotions that can greatly enhance the likeability of a person and the morale of an organization.
